One-to-One Coaching
For individuals looking for a more personalized interactive experience, Mind-Focused Coaching offers face-to-face online coaching with your own MFC specialist.
When you sign on, your coach will review the entire automated assessment with you in depth and provide a comprehensive profile of your particular life challenges and identify areas for improvement. Together, the two of you will articulate your personal objectives and determine your desired destination so that you will have a clear roadmap for the future.
At MFC we have found for most people a module 6 to 8 weekly sessions of 90-minute length – delivered either at one meeting or split over two contacts – are sufficient to set one on the path to optimal change. Along with your direct interactions you will be given a variety of exercises to complete over the week to enhance the effectiveness of the change process.
At the end of the module you and your coach will re-assess your status to ascertain your progress and bring coaching to a close. Should you decide that there is more to be gained with further work, you can redefine your objectives and continue with your coach for another set of sessions.
At MFC we have formulated a specific 6 to 8 session protocol for these precise issues:

The cost per 90 – minute’s session is $150, to be paid at the start of each meeting.
